Corporations and Foundations

Skoltech aims to create strategic partnerships with Russian and international companies, foundations and individuals in order to provide for long-term sustainable cooperation in the interest of the partners and for the benefit of society.

The office of the Vice President for Development jointly with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation will serve as the gateway to Skoltech faculty, researchers and graduate students. There are many ways to support Skoltech, including:

  • Skoltech Corporate alliances build upon complementary strengths and needs in recruitment/hiring, financial aid for students, internships, research collaborations, faculty/industry consultations, lectureships and technology transfer.
  • Research collaborations. Interactions with industry may occur in the form of grants, contracts, faculty consultations and internships. The Office of Resource Development, together with CEI, assists in the area of sponsored research contacts. We also assist in making additional resources vailable to supporters, such as faculty consultations, executive education programs, participation in conferences, colloquia and symposia.
  • Foundations and individual donors are a driving force behind much of the research and many of the programs that take place at Skoltech. The Office of Resource Development at Skoltech identifies opportunities—programs, research activities, capital projects, fellowship needs, and other elements of the Institute’s life—that parallel foundation and individual giving priorities.
