The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) is looking for innovative research proposals for postdoctoral associates.

CEI’s mission is to create an innovation ecosystem that supports and sustains the culture of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (E&I) amongst all its members and its connected to an external ecosystem that can both support and absorb technological innovation and it s commercial impact.

Skoltech is a new university in Moscow with a mission to advance education, scholarship, and economic development in the Russian Federation and beyond by educating graduate students and conducting research programs that address key challenges in science, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

CEI will proactively work its postdoctoral associates to support and facilitate contacts with Russian or Russian based individuals, companies and institutions relevant for their research projects.

If you are an early-stage scholar interested in conducting your postdoctoral research at the Skoltech in the next two years we are interested in receiving your proposal. We are looking for innovative ideas, which will make use of Russian based evidence to advance our global understanding, significantly contributing to scholarly research with societal implications.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to interact with mentors from the Skoltech Faculty and that of its international partners, such as, for example, MIT, ETH, HKUST, and Imperial College.

These are only a small set of the research questions, among those that are at the core of our interest for the “Entrepreneurial Society”, “Collaborative Innovation” and “Future of Manufacturing” programs.
