Skoltech’s Office of Student Affairs supports co- and extra-curricular activities to provide leadership, professional, and community development opportunities for our student body. In order to be eligible to receive funding, your student club/activity must adhere to one or more of the terms below:

Please note that receipt of funding will depend on a number of factors, such as funding availability per term, goals and results of the proposed event, etc.

If you are applying for catering for one of your event(s), you need to follow exact the same procedure as indicated above.
Upon receipt of the funding request, the office of Student Affairs will review the application based on the information provided and will select events that will get full, partial or zero funding.
Please note that no student will receive physical money. All of the events will be conducted by cashless settlements.

Get your student organization registered
An email will be sent to the contact person of each organization notifying them of any problems or if their recognition is complete. If the organization’s recognition process is complete, they will be notified and their recognition letter will be emailed to them. A letter will also be sent to the advisor (if applicable) stating the organization’s recognition status for the academic year. It is the organization’s responsibility to get recognized. Submission of the application is not the same as recognition. Student organizations have to be recognized even if they are not applying for financial support.
