Eligible Russian participants include universities and research institutions, either of which can lead the Center for Research, Education and Innovation (CREI).
Collectively the team must have both significant research and educational capacity, and collaboration among Russian participants is encouraged.
Eligible non-Russian participants include university and research institutions that have an international reputation in the focus area of their proposal. Non-Russian members in a CREI must be led by a university.
Faculty from Skoltech may also initatiate a proposal for a Planning Grant, representing Skoltech within a future CREI.
