Skoltech is an international graduate research-focused university that was founded by the group of world-renowned scientists in 2011. Skoltech student wins an Honorable Mention award at the IEEE Antennas and Propagation International Symposium

Ilias Giannakopoulos, a third year Ph.D. student at the Center for Computational Data-Intensive Science and Engineering (CDISE) at Skoltech, has received an Honorable Mention award for the student paper competition in the IEEE Antennas and Propagation International Symposium in Boston, in July 2018. The paper was co-authored by Giannakopoulos, Mikhail Litsarev, a research scientist at CDISE, and Athanasios Polimeridis, a former assistant professor at CDISE.
