On December 09-11, 2019, an expert committee from the High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (Hcéres) will make an on-site visit to Skoltech to complete an assessment and prepare its provisional evaluation report on the Institute’s Materials Science and Engineering  (MSE) PhD program.

During the visit, the expert committee comprising four members will interview the MSE program management, student representatives, teaching staff, and administrative and technical staff of the various sites where the program is taught. The committee will also meet with the program stakeholders: the Skolkovo Foundation, industrial and academic partners, and international affiliates.
