Skoltech is an international graduate research-focused university that was founded by the group of world-renowned scientists in 2011. Skoltech's curriculum focuses on technology and innovation, offering Master's programs in 11 technological disciplines. Students receive rigorous theoretical and practical training, design their own research projects, participate in internships and gain entrepreneurial skills in English. Steffen Hoffmann, the president of Bosch Russia, visited Skoltech on Nov. 19. Representatives of the German corporation explored the Skoltech research facilities center. They got acquainted with the research projects of the Mobile Robotics Lab and the centers for Energy Science and Technology, and Photonic Science and Engineering. The hosts demonstrated Skoltech’s unique equipment during the visit and presented the Institute’s projects and plans.

Mr. Hoffmann, who stepped into the role of President of the Bosch Group in Russia in January 2021, shared with the Skoltech hosts his vision of technological priorities for Bosch in Russia. Both parts demonstrated a genuine spirit of mutual respect in seeking common ground for possible future cooperation.
