The AlloyTech startup led by Junior Research Scientist Olga Parfenova from the Energy Center was featured among the best 10 projects of the Academy of Innovators accelerator for technological solutions. AlloyTech is pioneering a new technology for purifying antimony and other materials for microelectronics. It combines several stages of purification in a single reactor, ensuring the required purity grade of materials. The solution also increases product throughput, reduces production costs, and guarantees reproducibility. Olga’s project secured a cash prize at the contest.
