The Dom.RF Technologies Academy, in partnership with Skoltech and with support from Russia’s Ministry of Construction and the Moscow Urban Planning Complex, has opened applications for a new professional education course — “Artificial Intelligence in Construction: Implementation, Management, and Practical Tools.” The program is designed to help professionals turn AI technologies into tangible management and production results. The curriculum is built around a practical industry framework — from specific use cases of AI in construction, development, and urban planning to strategies for managing AI products within a company.
Participants will learn how to apply AI to data handling, analytics, process management, decision‑making, and the use of AI agents. They will also understand what conditions are needed to integrate these solutions into the company’s operational model rather than keeping them as one‑off experiments. The course accommodates different levels of readiness — from building a basic understanding of the technology to working through concrete management and product‑oriented solutions.
The program involves two formats. Two months of online training provide a systematic overview of AI’s potential in construction, help learners explore industry case studies, and teach them to evaluate which solutions are most relevant to their professional work. For management teams and specialists ready to move from theory to designing practical solutions, there is an in‑person intensive lasting three to five days. This hands‑on module focuses on company‑specific tasks: identifying priority processes, forming implementation hypotheses, and preparing the groundwork for piloting AI solutions.
Experts teaching the course come from Dom.RF Technologies (the organization leads industry working groups on AI in construction under the Ministry of Construction and the AI Alliance) as well as Skoltech faculty with applied research experience in developing intelligent software products. Thanks to the support of the Moscow Urban Planning Complex, the program includes real‑world examples of digital and AI solutions already deployed in the capital.
Upon completion, participants receive a certificate from Dom.RF Technologies and a professional development certificate from Skoltech. The course starts on June 10. Registration is open on the academy’s website, and corporate teams are eligible for special terms and flexible start dates.
