Could you teach a computer to identify cancer cells on the MRI? The data generated by modern medicine is massive, but not one person can analyze all of it alone. That’s where Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning come to the rescue.
Skoltech assistant professors Dmitry Dylov and Maksim Panov will lead a lecture on how mathematical methods help find cures to illnesses we used to think of as incurable. You will learn what role AI, Deep Learning and big data analytics play in the development of diagnostic software, how this industry is growing in Russia and the impact you can make on it.
The lecture will take place on May 16th at the Moscow Physics and Technology Institute, and will be led in Russian. Register here: http://msc.skoltech.ru/hi-tech-mipt
