“Analytics for human resources”

At the beginning of November 2019, Olga Bruyako, Senior Specialist, HR Department will deliver several online classes on “How to Increase Recruiting Funnel Effectiveness”. The classes are created for SkillFactory School as part of “HR Analytics” course.

Olga will speak on the main principals of the recruiting funnel analysis. The class participants will find out how this simple tool can become a source of important data which can help to improve recruitment efficiency.
