Skoltech is an international graduate research-focused university that was founded by the group of world-renowned scientists in 2011. World Space Week at Skoltech: an overview

Skoltech is hosting a number of events during the World Space Week, an annual international event from October 4 to October 10, 2020. This year’s theme is, “Satellites Improve Life”, and Skoltech has a lot to offer: here’s a guide to various events organized during the week by the Skoltech Space Center.

October 7 18:00: Skoltech online conference SATELLITES IMPROVE LIFE: HOW EXACTLY (in English) 

The conference is aimed at uniting the professional community in satellite and digital technologies and particularly those who start their careers in this field or are interested in it. We will talk about the ways in which applied cosmonautics is developing today in Russia and beyond and discuss how exactly satellites are improving our life right now. Guest speakers include Skoltech alumni and industry professionals representing a wide range of career trajectories and choices in the space industry.
