Skoltech is an international graduate research-focused university that was founded by the group of world-renowned scientists in 2011. Skoltech signs memorandum of understanding with University of Haifa

On Jan. 31, Skoltech President Alexander Kuleshov and President Ron Robin of the University of Haifa, Israel, signed a memorandum of understanding, agreeing to develop a close collaboration in education and research.
