On Nov. 29 – Dec. 1, Skoltech will host the first International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Methods of Enhanced Oil Recovery for Conventional and Unconventional Reservoirs”. It will gather representatives from research centers, universities, enterprises, and companies involved in creating and implementing technologies for the development of traditional and unconventional deposits in the Russian Federation and foreign countries. The conference will become a platform for an open discussion and the exchange of experience. The approaches to laboratory support, modeling and evaluation of the effectiveness of enhanced oil recovery for conventional and unconventional reservoirs will be discussed.
The conference is held as part of the Program for the Creation and Development of a World-Class Scientific Center “Rational Development of the Planet’s Liquid Hydrocarbon Reserves” for 2020-2025.
The program committee will select papers for publication in a Special Issue of the Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering (Q1, Scopus).
