Skoltech is an international graduate research-focused university that was founded by the group of world-renowned scientists in 2011. Skoltech's curriculum focuses on technology and innovation, offering Master's programs in 11 technological disciplines. Students receive rigorous theoretical and practical training, design their own research projects, participate in internships and gain entrepreneurial skills in English. Alexandre Havard	Alexander Havard is the founder of the Virtuous Leadership System. He was born and raised in Paris, and is a graduate of one of France’s leading law schools (Paris Descartes University). He worked as a lawyer in Europe (Paris, Strasbourg, Helsinki) for many years before discovering his mission to ignite hearts for greatness and work to raise up a new generation of Virtuous Leaders. His books “Virtuous Leadership”, “Created for Greatness” , “From Temperament to Character”, “Free Hearts” and “Coached by Joan of Arc” have been translated into 20 languages. Alexander Havard cofounded several Virtuous Leadership Institutes around the world.
Anastasiia Sharapkova	Current position – Lecturer. Current place of Employment – Lomonosov Moscow State University, the English Department. Anastasia Sharapkova got her PhD in Linguistics from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2015. Her research focuses on English for Specific Purposes, Academic English, metaphors in Academic English, the references to the myth about King Arthur in the modern world. She has been specializing in teaching English for Biological and Medical purposes for more than 10 years being the senior lecturer at “English for Biologists” courses. She has developed courses on Academic Writing and Academic Communication for Biologists.
Arpi Karapetyan	Dr. Arpi Karapetyan (www.arpikarapetyan.com) is an Internationally Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP, SPHRi), Internationally Certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trainer, speaker, and consultant. She is the Founder and General Manager of Cascade People & Business (www.cascade.am) that offers one-stop complex HR solutions, the Founder & Chairman of Armenian HR Association (www.hrcommunity.am) that offers a platform for HRs for networking, and the Initiator of Annual Regional HR Conference (www.hrconference.biz) that brings together internationally recognized professionals, experienced and inspiring guest speakers from more than 20 countries every year. Has developed jobbit (www.jobbit.online) tool, a fresh approach with a novel methodology in the field of salary market research that is aimed at ensuring fast pace and flexibility through a simplified questionnaire with a complete and comprehensive analytical report for any selected position. Besides, Arpi is the Founder and Program Developer of zoom in! career orientation program (www.zoomin-now.com) designed to help the participants cognize their personality, identify their strengths, aspirations, capabilities, and come up with an action plan on how to develop further.
Elena Minyonok	I am a senior researcher at the Gorky Institute of World Literature (Russian Academy of Scientists), Ph.D. if Folklore Studies. Folklore culture is my first and last love. Over the course of more than 120 expeditions, I have created high-quality audio and video recordings which will accompany my lectures to bring the folk culture I am speaking of to life. I am happy to share my professional knowledge and discoveries.
Igor Shcherbakov	Igor has 7 years of experience in mathematical modeling, risk management and their implementations with IT systems. In 2018 Igor graduated from Higher School of Economics. In his master’s thesis Igor researched ways to estimate borrower’s credit risk in conditions of incomplete information. Currently Igor leads DS teams working on corporate risk estimation.
Irina Muhina	I am passionate about AI, Big Data, Design of Experiment and turning arrays of information into actionable strategies and insights that help companies create business strategy, customer experiences, increase sales, and streamline in-house operations and processes. I bring to the table 25+ years of hands-on experience across insurance, credit card, investment and banking sectors, both in North America and abroad. Over the course of my career, I have become a go-to expert for all things related to: Artificial Intelligence, Customer Insight, Portfolio Analysis, Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, Process Optimization, Risk Management, Knowledge Discovery, Text Mining, People Management.
