Alexander Havard is the founder of the Virtuous Leadership System. He was born and raised in Paris, and is a graduate of one of France’s leading law schools (Paris Descartes University). He worked as a lawyer in Europe (Paris, Strasbourg, Helsinki) for many years before discovering his mission to ignite hearts for greatness and work to raise up a new generation of Virtuous Leaders. His books “Virtuous Leadership”, “Created for Greatness” , “From Temperament to Character”, “Free Hearts” and “Coached by Joan of Arc” have been translated into 20 languages. Alexander Havard cofounded several Virtuous Leadership Institutes around the world.

I’ve been teaching the subject for almost 10 years now; I graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University and I have Master’s degree in education; and Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO program “Steps of School development” I did the internship for the National Park Service and worked in one of the national Parks in the USA, where I had a chance to embrace ecological values; I speak three languages (Russian, English and Spanish); I love travelling, I have been to 4 continents. I try to share my travel experience in class to bring the textbook case studies to live.

ARPI KARAPETYAN (www.arpikarapetyan.com) is an Internationally Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP, SPHRi) and Coach (PCC), trainer, speaker, and consultant. She is the Founder and General Manager of Cascade People & Business, the Founder & President of Armenian HR Association, and the Initiator of Annual Regional Conference. Has developed jobbit salary survey tool and is the Founder and Program Developer of “zoom in!” career orientation program. Author of the book “The Small Book on the Big Cleanup or How We Can Change the World”. Arpi has Ph.D. in Social Psychology with over 25-years of experience in HRM, 17 years of experience in HR Consulting, Personnel Training and HR Community Development, 10 years of experience in teen and youth career orientation, 8 years of experience in Personal and Group Coaching. Arpi has designed numerous development programs for individuals and teams. She does facilitations, trainings, gives public speeches worldwide, and runs career orientation programs.

When Mikhail Gorbachev first opened up the Soviet Union for business, Geoffrey was one of the first Western businessmen to arrive in Moscow and start a joint venture back in 1987. Geoffrey brought the first American franchise to the USSR followed by building and investing in many and various Soviet and Russian businesses in the areas of printing, publishing, computer and internet. After a hiatus working in the health and wellness field in Toronto, and as a screenwriter in Hollywood, Geoffrey continued his serial entrepreneurship and continued to build innovative ventures and launch creative intellectual properties in various fields and countries. Today, besides mentoring and supporting young entrepeneurs, Geoffrey works with a Hong Kong startup creating “AI beings” (using NLP, GPT and other AI tools) and just launched a new startup to build crypto-blockchain “trust-agent” tools in the Web3 middleware space.

Associate Professor at the Department of Astronomy, University of Belgrade. She holds a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, where she graduated in 2006 in the field of particle astrophysics. As a teaching assistant during her PhD studies, Tijana was twice elected an Excellent Teacher. In 2008 she won the national, and came 2nd in the international Fame Lab competition for the best young science communicator. For more than 10 years she has also organized science festivals and Researcher Nights in Novi Sad, Serbia. Last 3 years she has been known to younger audience mostly as Dr Cosmic Ray on TikTok.
