Skoltech is an international graduate research-focused university that was founded by the group of world-renowned scientists in 2011. Skoltech's curriculum focuses on technology and innovation, offering Master's programs in 11 technological disciplines. Disclose your technology to the KTO

Technology disclosure process serves the purpose of informing Skoltech and, specifically, the Knowledge Transfer Office (KTO) staff of your newly created result of intellectual activity. The technology should be disclosed to the KTO@Skoltech when something new and useful has been conceived or developed, or when unusual, unexpected or unobvious research results have been achieved and can be potentially used for the benefit of the general public.

You may disclose your technology to Skoltech by filling and submitting the following Technology Disclosure Form. Please fill the form in (with the aid of the guidelines, if necessary), sign and submit to the KTO personally or send a scan copy to .

The Skoltech Knowledge Transfer Office reviews all Technology Disclosure Forms as they are received from members of the Skoltech community. Where appropriate, the KTO endeavors to protect and license Skoltech owned intellectual property to industry for further development and commercialization. Any royalties derived from any such license are shared with the inventors (authors of inventions) in accordance with Skoltech IP policy.
